On the 17th March we launched the first phase of the Unum content platform project, a new website housing a wealth of content rich assets to help inform and engage their core clients and the end business customers that they serve.
Bringing together specialist content, with product information and policy documentation all in one site, the second phase sees a bespoke app launched (scheduled for early April) enabling Unum staff to set their own personal content preferences and filter all content and assets and share this quickly and powerfully to their contacts.
Integrating with their internal systems we are delivering a powerful and innovative technology solution that is ensuring Unum manage their content more effectively and pass control of their rich bank of content into the hands of the people who really matter – their frontline team.
Our Knowledge Bank solution (first launched with Royal Bank of Scotland Group) is helping Unum gain system integration at the same time as much stronger content management and distribution. We have brought together their news/trends and opinion content, with their product and policy documentation, so staff and clients can have a simple, enjoyable and valuable experience.
